LEVELORE / GUIDE & CARE

Privacy Policy

Learn how your information is used and stored, and how to manage or delete it.

Updated: October 5, 2026. This version applies from publication on this website, subject to any legally required notice or consent for changes.

1. Scope and operator

Levelore is operated by Luoyang Yoliyuan Technology Co., Ltd.. This policy applies to the Levelore app and the Levelore pages on its official website. For privacy and personal information matters, contact: info@playepo.com.

We process data for specific features under the principles of lawfulness, fairness, necessity, and good faith. Please read this policy before use, especially the sections on photos, journals, date of birth, and cloud sync.

Under applicable data protection law, data necessary for requested recording, sync, purchase verification and related support is processed to perform our service contract. Necessary website security, troubleshooting and general inquiries rely on legitimate interests that do not override individual rights. Data required for legal obligations is processed on that basis. Optional processing requiring consent relies on valid consent; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. Withholding information needed for a feature or support request may prevent its completion, but does not affect unrelated features.

2. Information we process and why

Information categoryPurpose and processing
Profile informationThe nickname, date of birth, avatar, and life settings you enter are used for your character display, life progress, and personalization. We do not require your real name, national ID number, or phone number; your date of birth is not used to verify identity.
Skills and growth recordsSkills, subskills, timers/counts, experience levels, attributes, achievements, and statistics are used to record effort, calculate results, and display growth.
World and creative contentTime crystals, item ownership and placement, containers, world progress, journals, notes, and selected photos are used to save and display your world. Journals and photos may contain private or sensitive information; only save content you have the right to use.
App settings and local filesThemes, language, preferences, imported images, and caches support operation and display. Some preferences and temporary files stay on the device; not all are guaranteed to sync across devices.
Apple service statusiCloud availability and system sync status support sync notices. StoreKit products, transactions, expiration dates, and purchase entitlements support purchase verification and restoration. These interfaces do not give us your Apple Account password or bank card details.
Information you send usYour email address, email text, and voluntarily attached screenshots/logs are used to answer questions and handle privacy requests. Please redact personal information unrelated to the issue first.
Website access logsThe website server may record IP addresses, access times, request paths, browser information, and response status to provide the service, troubleshoot, and maintain security. The Levelore pages do not use advertising, third-party behavioral analytics, or tracking cookies.

We do not proactively access contacts, precise location, the microphone, or health databases. The current version has no advertising or cross-app tracking SDKs and does not use your journals or photos for advertising profiles.

3. Photos, permissions, and your choices

The app reads images delivered by the system photo picker only when you choose an avatar, photo-frame image, or similar content. It processes and stores them locally or in app data as needed for the feature. Declining to select photos does not affect basic skill tracking.

The system photo picker delivers only selected images; using it does not grant the app access to your entire photo library. Stopping selection or withdrawing an applicable system permission does not delete imported copies. To replace your current personal photo, select a built-in avatar in avatar settings and save. Photo-frame images can be deleted through photo frames or data management. We do not perform facial identification.

4. Storage, iCloud, and Apple services

App data is stored on the device. When iCloud sync is enabled and system conditions are met, Apple’s private CloudKit database syncs it across devices using the same Apple Account. You can change the sync switch while the app is running, without restarting. Check the status and any error messages shown on the page. Membership, system account, network, cloud storage, and system scheduling may affect sync availability.

Photo-frame images and journal text you write have separate sync switches, on by default. Sync occurs only when membership requirements are met, master sync is on, and system services are available. Adjust them under Profile → iCloud Sync → View and Manage Cloud Data. Turning a category off stops its subsequent sync without deleting existing local or cloud copies; deletions made while it is off do not immediately propagate to the cloud.

Your current avatar is part of your profile and syncs with it when master iCloud sync is enabled and sync conditions are met. The photo-frame sync switch does not control avatar syncing.

iCloud is a sync service, not an independent historical backup. Deletions and changes may propagate to other devices; successful local saving does not mean other devices have received the data. Turning off sync does not clear existing cloud copies, and uninstalling the app does not delete iCloud data.

When iCloud sync is enabled, relevant app data is stored and synced through Apple’s CloudKit service. Storage and processing locations depend on the Apple service terms applicable to you and the service infrastructure, and may be outside your country or region. The app does not offer a choice of cloud storage region or guarantee storage in any one country or region. Page language and App Store availability do not determine where cloud data is stored. For Apple’s practices, see the Apple Privacy Policy and iCloud Terms.

5. Sharing, service providers, and security

We do not sell your personal information. The current app uses Apple's CloudKit/iCloud, StoreKit/App Store, and system photo picker; the official website is served by a web server. We do not provide your personal information to other third parties except to deliver these services, handle contact you request, with your applicable authorization, or as required by law.

The app does not separately upload your journals, photos or world saves to the operator’s business servers. Support emails and attachments you send, and website logs, are separate: they may be processed by the operator in China and providers of email, website hosting and security services. Necessary cross-border processing must comply with applicable law and required safeguards. Using the app or reading this policy is not blanket consent to all international processing. Contact us for information about recipients, processing locations and safeguards applicable to your data.

If the business is transferred or merged, we will notify you of the recipient and contact details as required by law and require continued personal information protection. If processing purposes or methods change, we will obtain consent again as required by law. Legally required disclosures will be limited to what is necessary.

We protect information through system app isolation, device storage protection, HTTPS transmission, and similar measures. If an incident may affect personal information security, we will take remedial action and fulfill notification and reporting duties required by law.

6. Retention

App content is retained until you delete the relevant records or clear data. Local caches, files you export, copies on other devices, and system backups must be managed separately. Actual completion of cloud deletion depends on Apple's sync and retention mechanisms.

Support emails are kept only as long as necessary to handle requests, resolve disputes, and fulfill legal obligations, then deleted or anonymized. Website logs are retained for security operations and statutory requirements, cleared when due, and not used for advertising. Information that cannot yet legally be deleted will be restricted to storage and necessary security protection.

7. Access, correction, deletion, and withdrawal

You can view and edit your profile, skills, records, and world content in the app. To clear the main app data, go to Profile → iCloud Sync → View and Manage Cloud Data → Clear All User Data. This clears the data managed on that page; clearing world data includes its photo-frame images and journal text. Caches, system backups and exported files require separate management. Cloud deletion requires master sync and the relevant category sync to be available and complete. Local deletion while sync is off does not establish cloud deletion. See the Data management and deletion guide.

The app has no separate registered account, so no operator account needs to be closed. Apple manages your Apple Account and subscriptions. Deleting data or uninstalling does not cancel subscriptions.

Subject to applicable law and its conditions, you may request access, a copy, correction or deletion of personal data we process, restriction of or objection to processing, a portable copy, or withdrawal of consent-based processing. We will not discriminate against you for exercising legal rights. For requests or policy explanations, email info@playepo.com, stating the request and scope. We make only necessary identity checks, never asking for Apple passwords or verification codes. We normally reply within 15 days of receipt; immediate or shorter legal deadlines take precedence. Extensions apply only as legally permitted, with timely reasons and next steps; refusals include reasons and remedies. Requests that must be free by law are free. Access, copying or deletion of private cloud content may require actions on your device; we provide necessary assistance. You may complain to a data protection authority in your place of residence or another competent authority, or seek judicial remedies.

8. Protection of minors

Minors should read this policy, use the app and purchase under a guardian’s guidance. Child-data age thresholds and parental consent requirements vary by applicable law, not page language. Where required, valid guardian consent and necessary protections must precede the relevant processing. App Store age ratings and Apple family purchase approval do not replace legally required data-processing consent. Avoid unnecessary identity, contact, health or other sensitive details in journals, photos or support emails.

If a guardian discovers that a child provided information to us without appropriate consent, please contact info@playepo.com. We will investigate and handle or delete it as required by law. The date of birth and life progress in the app are for personal records only, not medical assessments or predictions of actual lifespan.

9. Policy updates

Policy updates will show a version date on this page. If processing purposes, information types, recipients, or other significant matters change, we will give prominent notice as required by law and obtain consent where necessary. Policy updates will not retroactively expand existing authorization.

Terms of Use

These terms are between you and Luoyang Yoliyuan Technology Co., Ltd. regarding your use of Levelore. For privacy practices, see the Privacy Policy; for purchases, see the Subscription Terms.

1. Services and scope of use

Levelore offers skill tracking, timers and counts, levels and achievements, attribute statistics, time crystals, furniture crafting and placement, journals, and world progress. Available features, unlock conditions, and device support depend on the current version. Concept illustrations do not mean all content is available.

Health points, attributes, and life progress are personal records and visual expressions, not health monitoring, diagnosis, lifespan prediction, or professional advice. Plan your effort according to your actual health and life circumstances.

2. Content and acceptable use

Subject to these terms and applicable App Store license terms, you may use the app personally on authorized devices. Rights to app code, artwork, music, branding, and similar materials belong to their respective holders. Journals, photos, and other content you create remain yours or the original rights holder's. These terms do not grant us permission to publicly display your private content, use it in advertising, or use it for AI training.

These website terms describe app service rules and do not themselves replace the applicable App Store End User License Agreement (EULA). Unless a valid custom EULA is provided for this app in the App Store, Apple’s standard EULA governs the app license. Mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.

Apple Standard EULA

Do not infringe others' rights, upload illegal content, compromise service security, or resell app content without permission. Virtual crystals, levels, and items are only for the in-app experience; they are not currency, financial assets, or property redeemable for cash.

3. Accounts, sync, and data

No separate account registration is needed. Purchases and cloud sync use your Apple Account. Protect your devices, Apple Account, and important content. Sync may be delayed or fail and cannot replace an independent backup.

Deleting records may sync to other devices. Turning off sync, uninstalling, deleting data, and canceling subscriptions are separate actions; see the Data guide. We will provide necessary assistance as required by law; this clause does not waive statutory liability.

4. Purchases and minors

Names, benefits, prices, durations, and purchase types for optional paid products are shown in the app and Apple's confirmation screen. Auto-renewing subscriptions must be actively canceled; non-consumable one-time purchases do not renew automatically. Minors should use and purchase under a guardian's guidance and consent.

5. Service changes and liability

We will continue fixing and updating the app. Material changes affecting purchased benefits or important ways of using the app will be communicated appropriately in advance and handled according to law. Network, device, or third-party service issues may cause interruptions; we will help troubleshoot within our control.

No term excludes or limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, or liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other legally required responsibility. Paid benefits are handled under applicable law and Apple rules.

6. Contact, updates, and disputes

For questions, complaints, or disputes, contact info@playepo.com. We first seek resolution through communication. If no agreement is reached, you may seek remedies from a competent court or relevant authority under the law. These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China; mandatory consumer protections applicable in your place of residence remain unaffected.

Important updates will be highlighted, and consent will be obtained for changes requiring it by law. If part of these terms is invalid, the remaining lawful provisions remain effective.

Subscription Terms

Levelore offers optional memberships and content purchases. Before buying, check the product, benefits, currency, price and duration. The initial purchase requires authorization through Apple’s purchase confirmation flow. Later auto-renewal charges follow your authorized subscription and Apple’s rules, without a new purchase confirmation each period.

1. Product types and benefits

  • Monthly / annual membership: Auto-renewing subscriptions lasting one month or one year respectively, as shown on the product page.
  • Lifetime membership: A non-consumable one-time purchase with no automatic renewal or preset expiry. A valid purchase unlocks the membership benefits described for the product and does not automatically expire because prices later change. “Lifetime” does not include all future separately sold content or guarantee unreleased features or perpetual third-party cloud availability. Changes or discontinuation affecting purchased rights remain subject to legal notice and remedy obligations; statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
  • Separate content or themes: If offered on the product page, the product description applies. Theme purchases and membership may cover different benefits.

Prices and regional availability are as displayed live in the App Store. This website does not offer external payments or top-ups. Virtual items cannot be exchanged for cash.

2. Auto-renewal, pricing, and offers

Apple collects payment through your Apple Account. Auto-renewing subscriptions continue unless canceled before the current period ends. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Apple may charge for the next period within 24 hours before the current period ends.

If a trial or promotion is offered, eligibility, duration, post-trial price, and rules are shown before purchase. Trials may automatically convert to paid subscriptions; if unwanted, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Price changes follow Apple's notification and consent procedures.

3. Management and cancellation

On iPhone/iPad, select Levelore in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions, or open Apple subscription management. On Mac, manage subscriptions in your App Store account settings.

Cancellation usually stops the next renewal while paid benefits remain until the current period ends. Availability after canceling a trial is as shown by Apple. Uninstalling, turning off sync, or clearing app data does not automatically cancel a subscription.

4. Restore purchases and expiration

Using the Apple Account used for purchase, choose Restore Purchases under Profile → Membership. Restoration only verifies restorable subscriptions or non-consumable entitlements; it does not restore deleted journals, photos, or world saves.

After a subscription expires, membership-only features may be restricted and automatic iCloud sync may stop. Purchase entitlements and saved data are independent; keeping your existing records is not conditional on renewal. Feature restrictions are described in the app.

5. Refunds and purchase issues

Use the Apple refund request page to submit a refund request. Apple determines eligibility and the outcome under its rules and applicable law. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

If benefits have not activated after purchase, check your Apple Account, network, and Restore Purchases first, then contact info@playepo.com with the product name, app version, and issue description. Do not send full payment card numbers, passwords, or verification codes.
